All because of chinese online police's regulations, these ecchi manga are prohibited. Personally, I don't really think that these laws are effectively executived. Besides, you can't really stop the interenet from spreading something can you?
Well... anyways... Communism prevailed... On the other hand, the translation for this series is probably on the verge of discontinuation.
